WBS, basically uses the 80 hour rule which basically means that all tasks that are scheduled and have been assigned by the management need to be done within 80 hours for example if new emails for the new e mail system need to be made it should be done within 80 hours, if the task is taking longer than that then it is not been done properly or there is a gap
